Ameden Techlink provides internet connectivity, fiber and CCTV installation, networking, WiFi solutions, website design, software development, branding, digital marketing, cloud services, cyber security and IT consultancy. Specific scope, pricing and timelines for any engagement are confirmed in a written quote or service agreement prior to work commencing.
Quotes requested through this website are estimates based on the information provided and are subject to confirmation after a site survey. Final pricing may vary based on site conditions, equipment availability and scope changes agreed with the customer.
Invoices are payable by the due date stated on the invoice via the payment methods we support (M-Pesa, bank transfer, cash or card). Late payments may result in suspension of services until the account is settled.
Customers agree to provide safe and reasonable access to premises for site surveys, installation and maintenance work. Ameden Techlink is not liable for delays caused by restricted site access, power outages, or third-party infrastructure issues.
While we target 99.9% uptime on dedicated connectivity plans, occasional maintenance, third-party network issues, or force majeure events may cause interruptions. Affected customers will be notified where possible.
Ameden Techlink's liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
